The Norwegian Museum of Cultural History (Norsk Folkemuseum) tells the story of how Norwegians live from the 16th century up until now. The open-air museum consists of 160 historic buildings showing life from the countryside to cities.
Enjoy the museum’s old town while walking on the cobbled street and seeing the old houses, stores and workshops together with indoor exhibits like altarpieces, crafts and silver wear.
There is a gift shop and a cafe at the museum.
